Blueprint Requirements Center is an industry-leading requirements management, definition and business engagement tool. It provides support for business process modelling and advanced use case modelling and user interaction simulation. The shape of a Blueprint Implementation project is flexible, but we recommend the following elements:
Getting Started
A short, targeted engagement to establish a best practice team and get up and running with the tool. It includes tool installation and set-up, best practice team training and the creation of an initial standards base using our existing library of document templates, starter models and reference examples.
Customisation
Mentoring and support of the best practice team in use of the tool on specific projects, including the customisation of the starter templates, standards, examples and training. This ensures the delivery of early benefits and prepares the ground for a broader roll-out.
Roll-out
Roll-out consists of an iterative programme of training and mentoring the wider project community in the use of the tool and the associated customised standards. It also includes a measurement and feedback loop to collect process improvement metrics and allow for refinement of standards as needed.
