With over 20 years experience in the field we specialise in requirements-driven improvement and optimisation of application lifecycle processes. Our goal is to enable application development process improvement within our customers. We provide a library of best-practice in requirements definition and management, software specification, test definition, lifecycle tool usage and integration, and project lifecycle processes. Our People
Our staff are experts in their field with extensive project and process experience. A number of our principal consultants are published authors on application development processes and techniques. We have a heritage of standards involvement including the development of the Unified Modelling Language (UML), and we currently sit on the UK board of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
