Productivity Health Check

The Productivity Health Check is a targeted analysis of your current development processes with a specific emphasis on agility, productivity and value-delivery.

Strata consultants conduct a short on-site engagement to review a target project. We provide a welcome pack and introductory presentation to ensure that all parties are fully briefed on the health check process and schedule - the success of the health check process requires access to the right people within each key capability area.

We then interview the appropriate staff including project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, QA staff and configuration managers to understand how the current processes operate from different perspectives. We also take copies of representative examples of key development process artefacts from the target project.

The findings are summarised in a presentation and accompanying report together with recommendations for improvement.
