Project and Programme Services

We provide requirements, analysis, specification, and process services to end-customers, system integrators and solutions providers. Our services combine consultancy, mentoring and training with standardised process "blueprints" which capture best practice. Blueprints and associated training cover process standards and tool usage standards and templates. They are available “off-the-shelf”, but are typically customised for the delivery processes, tools or project in question.

Every client is unique. Our approach involves working very closely with clients to provide customised solutions. This means we typically tailor our offerings to fit the client requirement, for example, by adapting processes to suit the tools and development environment in place, and providing customised training that combines the processes and tools with domain-specific examples.
