Requirements Management Office
The Requirements Management Office (RMO) is a co-ordinating function providing strategic oversight, measurement and review of requirements definition and management activities across an organisation's portfolio of programmes and projects. It is a focal point for driving the implementation of improvements in the organisation's requirements capability.
Training
We provide standard business analysis and requirements courses or customisable training sessions, workshops and seminars to suit your requirements.
Our default process and standards training and case studies can be tailored to align with your development or project management processes and tools to create bespoke training for your organisation.
