We provide standard courses or customisable training sessions, workshops and seminars to suit your requirements.

Our default process and standards training and case studies can be tailored to align with your development or project management processes and tools to create bespoke training for your organisation.

In addition we offer flexibility:

• Location flexibility: We know it can be difficult to find time to attend off-site training, so each training module or seminar can be held on customer site or in a customer-convenient location.
• Structure flexibility: Your audience may have a particular interest or focus. We can accommodate this by tuning the time allocated to each module element. If appropriate we can also combine contents from multiple modules to form a bespoke customer-specific module.
• Scheduling flexibility: As with location flexibility, due to work pressures it can be difficult to get the right people together in the same place at the same time. We can alleviate this problem by scheduling course delivery at a time and date to suit you.

Training can be provided stand-alone or built-in to one of our targeted solutions.
